100% Sparkling Pinot Noir from Swede Hill Vineyard. The fruit was whole-cluster pressed and fermented and aged in a small stainless steel tank. Utilizing the Charmat process, we captured the natural carbonation from the fermentation, and aged sur lie for six months under pressure. This bright sparkling wine has aromas and flavors of lime zest, kiwi, brioche, and ripe apple. We hope you enjoy this special sparkling wine that was crafted to celebrate the opening of Amaterra Winery. 48 cases produced.
