2020 CHARDONNAY

Stark Vineyard is a family-owned and carefully tended vineyard on the south-facing side of the Chehalem Mountains AVA. We used an oxidative juice handling process, which leads to wines that develop slower and age nicely in the bottle. Fermented in French oak barrels and aged sur lie for 10 months, we barrel-selected the best for this cuvée to showcase the ripe apple, orange peel, and white peach aromatics that are grounded in rich brioche and almond butter flavors. Our ripest selection of Chardonnay, yet it still has the acidity to pair with a broad range of foods.
