Bright, ripe, rich red wine. The Super Cascadian is a nod to the traditional art of wine blending. This wine combines the best from both east and west sides of a mountain range. Drink it soon, with friends, near a campfire, and hopefully a view of the mountains, celebrating the best of the Pacific Northwest.

TASTING NOTES AS OF SEPTEMBER, 2023:
Aromas of date, raspberry, tobacco, cherry pie, and black tea. On the palate, flavors of blueberry jam, and bittersweet chocolate with sandy tannins.

• AVAs: 67% Columbia Valley, 19% Ribbon Ridge,
  14% Columbia Gorge

WINEMAKING INFORMATION:

• 62% Merlot, 19% Syrah, 19% Pinot Noir
• 7% new French oak
