2022 Muscadelle/Riesling

This wine of Muscadelle (67%) and Riseling (33%) was picked well into November. Gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, this is an intense, moderately sweet wine full of floral and stone fruit aromatics. This wine will pair very well with a peach galette made by Amaterra Winery’s pastry chef!

TASTING NOTES AS OF MARCH, 2024

Aromas of apricot, preserved peach, honey, jasmine, and lemon rind. Alongside an off-dry and bright palate, are flavors of oragne blossom, apricot, and tangerine.

• Aspect: South to Southeast
• Harvested on November 10, 2022

WINEMAKING INFORMATION:

• 24 day fermentation
• Fermented and aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels
