Music Nights start tonight. The Terrace at Amaterra’s estate vineyard Portland is coming alive for the first Music Night of the season, and this is just the beginning! Join us every Thursday through October for live music, great wine, incredible food, and evenings that stretch long into the sunset with the city and forest below. Each week features a different artist, making every musical evening special and worth returning for. At Amaterra Portland, our culinary program is rooted in creativity, seasonality, and a deep respect for the ingredients we’re given. When farmers have an abundance—or a surplus they don’t want to see go unused—we’re always ready to say yes. That might mean turning unexpected extras into something special: jams, jellies, pâte de fruits, or additions to our cheese boards that reflect the moment. One favorite example? 40 pounds of quince transformed by our pastry chef Matt into house-made membrillo—a rich, sliceable quince paste that found its way onto plates and cheese boards.
