Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club is a members-only gathering place designed to be inclusive. With a simple one-time $25 Social Club membership, guests gain access to dine or taste—and can apply that amount toward two bottles of wine to enjoy onsite or take home.

Joining our Wine Club not only unlocks Social Club access—it comes with added perks like preferred pricing on wine, priority reservations, invitations to private events, and exclusive use of our Members’ Gallery space. Your family already loves our Pinot Noir, go the extra mile and make Amaterra Pinot Noir Fudge for the holidays! Ingredients: - 1 can Sweetened condensed milk - 9 oz. Bittersweet chocolate - 9 oz. Milk chocolate - 1 oz. Butter - 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows - 1 pinch Cayenne - 2 Tbsp. Amaterra Pinot Noir - 1 tsp. Vanilla extract - Pinch of salt Method: Add the can of sweetened condensed milk, both types of chocolate, marshmallows, and cayenne to a glass or stainless steel mixing bowl. Place a medium-sized saucepan with two inches of water over medium heat. Put the bowl over the pot, allowing steam to hit the bowl and melt ingredients. Stir mixture frequently with a rubber spatula until all ingredients are melted and combined. Add butter, wine, and vanilla extract and stir to incorporate. Once combined, remove from heat and fold with spatula for one minute. Pour into a 9”x9” glass or metal casserole dish that has been lightly greased and lined with parchment paper.
