A Setting Like No Other 

Whether you envision an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, our spaces flow seamlessly from ceremony to reception: 

  • The Terrace Lawn — Over 7,000 square feet framed by vineyard views, a cascading 30-foot waterfall, and space for up to 200 guests. 
  • Skyline Ballroom — Soaring windows, an expansive deck, outdoor fireplaces, and flexible layouts to fit your vision. 
  • The Barrel Room — A warm, inviting space on the lower level with floor-to-ceiling windows and easy access to the Terrace Lawn. Ideal for private dining or smaller receptions, with seating for up to 30 guests and four wood farm tables. 
  • The Gallery — A stylish, versatile space perfect for an all-day gathering, cocktail reception, or intimate dinner. Includes soft lounge seating, multifunction tables, and access to the upper deck for sweeping views every season. 

On your wedding day, you’ll have exclusive use of our event spaces, getting-ready suites, and grounds—hosting only one wedding per day so your focus stays where it belongs: each other.

Amaterra welcomes a limited number of weddings each year, hosting only one per day. On your wedding day, you will have exclusive use of the Gallery room and Barrel Room for seperate getting ready spaces, the outside Terrace for your ceremony, and the Skyline Ballroom with adjacent deck for dinner and dancing.

The venue fee includes up to seven hours of event time. Setup time will be based upon the complexity of the decor needs. Breakdown must be done in the hour after your contracted event concludes. Additional time can be arranged. A typical wedding at Amaterra begins at 4 PM for the ceremony, and you can party until 11 PM. Seven hours of event time total.

We have private getting-ready rooms for the couple located on separate levels of the building. Our regular site rental contract allows couples and their principal wedding party participants to arrive before their wedding guests. This provides time for final dressing, photos, first look if desired, and ample time for family photos before your guests arrive, which allows for more time to celebrate with your guests.

One of the most important meals you will ever serve is the one you share with your wedding guests. All catering is provided exclusively by Amaterra’s culinary team. Our Executive Chef partners with couples to create a menu that showcases the Pacific Northwest’s bounty while celebrating their personality. We are happy to accommodate special dietary requests. Desserts are included in our menu prices.

Amaterra offers full beer, wine, and liquor/cocktail service and is the exclusive provider. Our knowledgeable staff will personalize your wine and beer selections as well as signature cocktails.

Yes, both the tasting room and restaurant are open on your wedding day. If you prefer privacy, we offer full buyouts of Amaterra.

Yes, we require you to hire a Professional Wedding Planner to coordinate the event particulars of your wedding day. Your Wedding Planner must be available to perform the following duties:

  • Coordinate all logistical details
  • Assist with all aspects of coordinating the ceremony and ceremony rehearsal (if held at Amaterra)
  • Prepare an accurate and detailed timeline for the event day, and provide this to Amaterra Event Sales Coordinator (a minimum of two weeks in advance)
  • Be onsite for the entire set-up and event times
  • Coordinate the wedding party on the event day
  • Vendor Management

Amaterra’s Signature Events include the following amenities:

  • Exclusive use of The Terrace, Skyline Ballroom, and deck adjacent to the Skyline Ballroom for up to seven hours of event time
  • Two getting-ready areas for the couple and their wedding party
  • Setup and breakdown of Amaterra-provided items
  • 200 oak cross-back chairs
  • Your choice of banquet rounds, bistro tables, cocktail tables, and rectangular banquet tables
  • Lounge furniture, fixtures, and fireplaces
  • House-provided table linens and cloth napkins in your choice of color
  • White china plates, silverware, Riedel glassware, and all service ware
  • Cake cutting for your wedding cake from a licensed bakery
  • One-hour rehearsal
  • Professional waitstaff and bartenders

Yes, custom decor is welcome. Certain restrictions do apply. Amaterra can provide you with decorating guidelines.

Wedding rehearsals are typically held the day before your wedding and run approximately 60 minutes. They are scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. Rehearsal dinners are available as a separate event.

A signed rental agreement and a deposit (1/3 of the total estimated cost) will reserve your date.

The final deposit and estimated charges are due 14-days prior to your event.

Amaterra has convenient on-site parking but for larger events, valet parking is provided through our partner Premier Valet. Billing is based upon the size of the event and the length of service.
