Come celebrate the holiday season! Sit down at our table with family and friends and create a new yearly tradition with Amaterra’s Family-style Whole-roasted Duck Experience. This is a three-course journey recommended for 4 – 6 people (or couples who love leftovers), encompassing a new iteration of our signature house-made fagoza, a salad of wild mushrooms, Cartwheel greens, seasonal citrus, and tarragon-quince dressing, whole-roasted spiced duck with cranberry-orange glaze, red wine dirty duck rice with crispy bits, cider-braised winter greens with bacon and chili, and finished off with sweet bites of crispy beignets filled with citrus curd and marionberry jam. Cost: $272/party (designed for 4 – 6 people). Add a three-wine pairing flight for an additional $25: 2021 Amaterra Chardonnay (Wolf Hill Vineyard); 2021 Amaterra Pinot Noir (Gregory Ranch); 2022 51Weeks Winemaking Muscadelle/Riesling.
