Steak & Syrah Dinner
Wine Club Member Dinner: Join us on Friday, February 23 at 5:45 for a special dinner showcasing Oregon Syrahs from Seven Hills and Columbia Gorge. The wines shown will be the Rhone-Ranger varieties like you would see in southern France. We will also have our 2021 Viognier-Marsanne-Roussanne (VMR) with our wedge salad course. You’ll be greeted with bites of Wagyu beef katsu sando, then take a seat at the table and enjoy your personalized Amaterra wedge salad, engage in a delicious family-style dinner of Pacific Northwest crab cakes, tableside chef-carving of Tomahawk steaks with your choice of sauce, oven-baked lobster macaroni and cheese, creamed spinach, and spigarello.
