Amaterra Wines
We have both estate vineyards and have also worked diligently to build relationships with partner vineyards around the Willamette Valley. This is to be able to craft both a balanced, cool-climate Pinot Noir as a flagship as well as to highlight single vineyards from the sub-AVAs of the valley. These different growing sites, estates, and partners highlight different elevations, aspects, and soil types. While our estate vineyard has both volcanic and windblown sedimentary series soils, other sites feature different series of windblown sedimentary, ancient marine bed, as well as thin layers of Missoula flood sedimentary at some lower elevation sites.

51Weeks Winemaking
51Weeks Winemaking crafts expressive wines with fruit sourced predominantly from the Columbia Valley, spanning both Washington and Oregon. These vineyards thrive in dry, sun-drenched conditions with a variety of silt loam soils that contribute to the wines’ complexity and character. The label is known for its commitment to quality and thoughtful winemaking rooted in Northwest terroir.
