2017 Pinot Noir
Amaterra
Swede Hill Vineyard Willamette Valley
Swede Hill is an Amaterra estate vineyard. Planted to a mix of heritage and Dijon clones of Pinot Noir, the vineyard sits at over 800 feet of elevation on historic Swede Hill overlooking the Willamette Valley. The elevation, volcanic soils, and aspect of the vineyard site lean toward an elegant style of Pinot Noir. This single-vineyard cuvée is a selection of barrels to showcase the red fruit and floral aromatics that are balanced by age-worthy acidity.
