2019 Blanc De Noir

100% Sparkling Pinot Noir from the Swede Hill Vineyard. The fruit was whole-cluster pressed and fermented in a small stainless steel tank. Utilizing the Charmat process we captured the natural carbonation from the fermentation and aged sur lie for six months under pressure. This bright sparkling wine has aromas and flavors of red apple, lime, and baked pastry crust. We hope you enjoy this extremely limited bottling with your special someone during an Amaterra sunset!
