2019 Cabernenet Sauvignon
51WEEKS WINEMAKING
Seven Hills Vineyard
Walla Walla Valley, Oregon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Seven Hills Vineyard. A composite of two vineyard blocks and plant selections, fermented and aged, to bring the best of both to this single-vineyard bottling. Meticulous handling both in the vineyard and winery followed by 20 months of barrel-aging result in a rich wine with layers of complexity. Aromas are of dark cherry, blackberry, and dark chocolate. The palate carries incredible length with cocoa, berry, and spice. This wine will age elegantly, but if you can’t wait, pair it with a rich meal and share it with your best friend.
