Seven Hills Vineyard Walla Walla Valley

Vines planted along a cliff’s edge in Walla Walla Valley lead to a wine with dark primary fruit and the characteristic varietal spice. The supple tannin structure and character of the site shines through in this destemmed and small-lot fermented Syrah

TASTING NOTES AS OF OCTOBER, 2024:

Aromas of Black olive, thyme, blackberry preserves, sugar plum, chalk, and cocoa nib. The palate is tightly structured with ripe blackberry, anise, plum, and barrel spice.
