Columbia Valley Red
The grapes and our winemaker driving the truck almost didn’t make it back to the winery because of the eclater, but that’s a story for another time. The wine is a traditional blend with grapes grown in the Columbia Valley, and made with traditional methods and extended barrel-aging. We have created a wine with dark fruit flavors and layers of complexity.
TASTING NOTES AS OF MARCH 2025:
Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and olive. A structured palate follows with flavors of berries, bitter chocolate, and dried herbs.
VINEYARD INFORMATION:
- AVAs: Horse Heaven Hills
WINEMAKING INFORMATION:
- Blend: 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 16% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec
- Aged in 13% new French oak and 8% new American oak barrels for 16 months

Alcohol: 15.1%
