Located in the northwest corner of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. After winding through stands of fir trees you find this biodynamically farmed vineyard with a rustic feel. Amaterra works with multiple vineyard blocks directly adjacent to each other that range from west to southeast exposure. This vineyard produces wines that are concentrated with polished structure.
TASTING NOTES AS OF SEPTEMBER, 2023:
Aromas of raspberry, mint, strawberry jam, cola, and fig with black cherry, wet stone, melon rind, cane berry on the palate.

- 100% Yamhill-Carlton AVA
- Vineyard planted in 2008
- Soil: sandstone based marine sediment, stressed vines
- Elevation: 100-580 ft
- South, West and East facing
- Clonal blend: 50% 777, 38% Pommard, 13% AS2
- Hand harvested on September 20, 2021

- 5% whole cluster
- 38% new French oak
pH: 3.84
TA: 4.7 g/L
Alcohol: 12%
