The Apolloni Vineyard estate is located on the northwestern border of the Willamette Valley in the foothills of the coastal range. The combination of this unique microclimate, along with the windblown Laurelwood soils, leads to beautiful primary fruit and floral aromatics. Aromas are of strawberry, wild cane berry, white pepper, and lavendar. The palate leads with rich flavors of French Oak but is dominated by raspberry and strawberry, with lavendar and woody herbs on the finish.

• Hand harvested on October 16, 2018

• 100% destemmed
• 7 and 9 day cold soak
• Aged in French Oak barrels
• 50% new French Oak
