2019 Blanc de Noir

TRADITIONAL METHOD BRUT

This sparkling brut wine is made with the traditional method using Pinot Noir grapes grown on our Swede Hill Vineyard. The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness for sparkling wine, fermented and aged sur lie for six months in neutral oak, before being put on tirage. Open this wine to celebrate that special day or person and enjoy with family and friends. Disgorged July 2, 2024.
TASTING NOTES AS OF OCTOBER 2024:
Aromas of lime rind, green apple, bosc pear, and marzipan. Palate of red apple, croissant, tart cherry, and vanilla crème.
