2021 PINOT NOIR

Hirschy Vineyard is located in the heart of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. At 400 feet elevation, the vines are planted surrounding an iconic barn that is visible from miles away. The blocks that Amaterra works with are due-south exposure and combined with the Willakenzie soils lead to dark-fruited and well-structured wines.

TASTING NOTES AS OF DECEMBER 2023:

Aromas of perfume, bright cherry, Willamette raspberries and creme brulee. Flavors are round and concentrated, intensely red fruited flavors with cherry lozenge and oak spice.
